Core TechnologyEnergy waste is never caused by a single device — the roof keeps absorbing heat, equipment idles, and the light environment is ignored. Integrating management, lighting and the building envelope, plus a forward-looking hydrogen roadmap, is what truly balances savings, health and sustainability.
Many vendors offer a single product; we offer full integration. Through AI analysis, see the consumption of every building, floor and even device across a school or hospital.
What accompanies us longest each day is light. Lighting used to chase brightness and savings; now the world is studying how light can care for health. We combine ITRI's healthy-lighting principles with low-voltage DC technology to build lighting that follows the human circadian rhythm.
Higher colour temperature in the morning for focus, lower stimulation at midday to rest the eyes, and a gradual wind-down toward the evening to support healthy sleep.
LEDs are inherently DC-driven. Removing AC conversion cuts losses and points of failure — more stable, safer and easier to control. It's the "engine" of the lighting system.
Solar, storage batteries, EVs and LEDs are all natively DC. Making buildings DC reduces unnecessary back-and-forth conversion loss.
| Hospital lighting upgrade (Kaohsiung VGH care building example) | Original AC lighting | Low-voltage DC lighting |
|---|---|---|
| Monthly consumption | 10,274 kWh | 6,292 kWh |
| Annual power cost (NT$3/kWh) | ~NT$370K | ~NT$227K |
| Warranty | 1 yr (life 1–2 yr) | 7 yr (life 7–9 yr) |
| Overall benefit | ~NT$143K saved a year, ~6-year payback, ~17% ROI, ~2 t CO₂ cut a year | |
In summer, air-conditioning is the biggest energy drain — and the root cause is often a hot roof. Aerogel is an ultra-light, ultra-efficient insulation that lowers the building's heat load at the source, completing the savings from the other two technologies.
Green energy is our core; LED savings are just today's line. We are bringing hydrogen power into the green-energy portfolio to fill the gap left by intermittent renewables like solar and wind, shaping the next generation of net-zero solutions.
